Shipping Policy

Creative Outdoor Advertising employs both UPS and FedEx. Please be aware that all shipments will also be subjected to the policies and regulations of the two respective shipping companies.

Shipping Date

Virtually all orders are processed and shipped by the next business day. Please understand that operational deadlines are based on an Eastern Standard Time clock. This being said, it is strongly recommended that all orders be confirmed by 1:00pm Eastern Standard Time so they can be shipped the following day.

Air Shipping

Next Day shipments are limited to the service ability of the respective shipping company. Some delivery locations are not eligible for next day shipping. For more information please contact www.UPS.com or www.FedEx.com

Misdirected Orders

Currently under 0.5% of all orders are misdirected or misplaced. Please be aware that this is a possibility and if it occurs the shipping company will do as much as they can to speed up delivery. More Than Just signs is not responsible for misdirected or misplaced orders. All time sensitive orders should be confirmed as soon as possible to allow maximum time for transit (both FedEx and UPS refund the cost of shipping).

Lost Items

If items are declared lost by the shipping company, we will reprint and reship the order as soon as possible at no cost to the customer. Typically, it takes 10 days for the shipping company to declare an item lost.

Tracking Numbers

Tracking numbers may be obtained by our customer service representatives. Unfortunately, tracking numbers are not always available and are not issued instantaneously.
